Bylap Town

Bylap Town; a small town in the top half of the pneuma region, it is a quiet farming community, they have a channel of irrigation systems feeding there crops, they grow hay, the irrigation channel drops of the terraces in a small waterfalls which is the way to get around the town to the other terraces
it is home to the 7th league gym which specalizes in psychic pokemon with its leader Naomi, it also plays a crucial role in the main story
